Akrapovič Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2.9 V6 Bi-Turbo Evolution Line Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution titanium exhaust for Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio 2.9 V6 Bi-Turbo
Construction and materials
The Evolution combines a lightweight titanium silencer and manifold with a resonator with connecting tubes made of stainless steel. The system fits directly into the Giulia Quadrifoglio's stock downpipes.
The throttle housing and the internal X element in the muffler are cast at the Akrapovič plant. The geometry of the X-pipe section allows the exhaust gases to be mixed in a strictly defined proportion, reducing back pressure. The whole thing is finished with handmade tips combining carbon and titanium.
Sound characteristics
The sound is deep and sporty, without unwanted hum, making the system also suitable for everyday driving. The difference from the stock exhaust is particularly audible at partial load and gear shifting.
In the upper rpm range, the sound takes on a distinct racing feel. The optional Sound Kit expands the sound control capabilities, and a separate set of downpipes allows you to further expand the system.
System Configuration
A complete Evolution requires S-AR/TI/1H and E-AR/T/1 parts. The division into two part numbers is due to the way it is packaged.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
