Akrapovič Audi RS Q8 Facelift Evolution Line Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Line sports exhaust system dedicated to the Audi RS Q8 4.0 TFSI Facelift (also Performance version)
Construction and materials
The entire system is made of lightweight, high-grade titanium. The central silencer has two dampers, the housings of which are cast in the Akrapovič plant. The connecting tube section contains an X-pipe, which combines the exhaust streams and contributes to the character of the sound.
The tips come out on both sides of the rear of the car. They combine titanium with carbon fiber and provide a distinctive finish to the entire structure.
Sound characteristics
The X-pipe helps to achieve a high, racing tone in the upper rpm range. This is complemented by a deep rumble and V8's signature low-end tone with a smoother engine operation.
Comfort mode maintains softer acoustics, without unwanted noise or rumbling in the cabin. Two valves allow you to shape the flow and character of the exhaust.
System Configuration
Evolution Line S-AU/T/3H requires CO-AU/T/5 section; separate codes are due to package breakdowns. Further options include the Sound Kit and the Stainless Steel Downpipe/Link Pipe Set.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
