Akrapovič Audi RS3 8Y Sportback 2.5 TFSI Evolution Line Facelift Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Line sports exhaust system dedicated to Audi RS3 8Y Sportback 2.5 TFSI Facelift 2024+
Construction and materials
The pipes and silencer are made of high-quality titanium. They are connected to the standard downpipes by a high-quality stainless steel section. This selection of materials maintains the lightweight construction of the main part of the system and the correct fit to the front section of the car.
The handmade carbon tips have titanium inner bushings. There is one damper on both sides of the muffler, and their housings are made in Akrapovič's own foundry. Two dampers shape the exhaust gas flow and the character of the sound in individual driving modes.
Sound characteristics
In Comfort mode, the five-cylinder engine emits a calm, pleasant rumble suitable for steady driving. Dynamic mode makes the engine's potential clearer even when moving calmly.
Full sportiness is revealed when accelerating hard and approaching the upper rev range. The sound retains the recognisable rhythm of the five cylinders, and its intensity increases with the way you drive.
Optional equipment
Optional Sound Kit allows for additional sound control via throttle control. A handcrafted, high-gloss carbon diffuser visually complements the Evolution Line tips.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
