Akrapovič BMW M3 G80/G81 Evolution Cat-back Full Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Cat-back Titanium Exhaust for BMW M3 G80/G81
Construction and materials
The Slip-On section is made of lightweight, high-grade titanium and contains a pair of manifolds cast at the Akrapovič plant. It works with a special control kit developed for this exhaust system.
The tips combine titanium with handcrafted carbon fibre covers. You can choose between an octagonal shape or a classic cylindrical shape. Their form has been matched to the sporty line of the BMW rear.
The long section of the Evolution Link Pipe is also made of titanium. There is a resonator in the middle of it, which is why the acoustics of the full set are shaped by both the rear Slip-On section and the connecting section.
Sound characteristics
When riding calmly, the sound remains full and mellow. Dynamic acceleration brings out a deeper, sportier tone. A special control kit helps to shape the character of the sound according to the way you ride.
The combination of Slip-On and Evolution Link Pipe enhances the clean sound of the turbocharged in-line six-cylinder engine. A resonator in the middle section helps maintain a strong, rich timbre without the annoying hum.
Parameters by manufacturer
- Manufacturer's measurements of the complete kit on the BMW M4 Competition: +17.7 kW and +25.4 Nm at 6650 rpm.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
