Akrapovič Evolution Line titanium exhaust for BMW M6 F12/F13
Construction and materials
The Evolution is made of titanium alloy developed for Akrapovič systems. The kit includes silencers with dual outlets and dampers, flow-optimized tubes, and an X-shaped titanium cast element that works with the resonators.
The design reduces back pressure without removing the factory catalytic converters. The valves are adjusted through the car's settings. The end of the system is made up of four tips; the titanium variant uses a special alloy and a larger size than the stock components.
Sound characteristics
When driving more quietly, the exhaust has a deep, sporty tone. Stronger use of the engine turns it into an aggressive roar, and the system has been tuned to eliminate annoying hum.
The acoustic character works with the car's factory ANC system. Adjusting the valves through the car's settings allows you to maintain the connection between the exhaust sound and the selected driving mode.

Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
