Akrapovič BMW X2 M35i (F39) Slip-on Line Titanium
Akrapovič Slip-On Line titanium exhaust system for BMW X2 M35i (F39), finished with carbon fiber tips
Construction and materials
The system is made of lightweight, high-grade titanium, and its end is made of carbon fiber tips. The design includes an exhaust throttle with a housing cast in Akrapovič's own foundry. The use of titanium and the change in the arrangement of the components reduce the weight compared to the factory exhaust.
A special role is played by a specially developed Y-type manifold. Thanks to this, the shaping of sound goes hand in hand with the arrangement of the flow path through the system.
Sound characteristics
The sound combines a deep tone with a clearer proportion of high frequencies, especially audible when shifting gears. The tuning emphasizes the character of the engine while reducing annoying hum and acoustic discomfort in the cabin.
The Sound Kit P-HF1312 allows you to control the throttle from the cabin using the remote control. It allows you to switch between a quieter mode and a sportier sound.
Parameters by manufacturer
- System weight: 7.48 kg.
- Weight reduction: 9.4 kg, or 55.6% compared to the standard system.
Configuration and expansion
The Slip-On Line can be upgraded with the optional Evolution Link Pipe Set in stainless steel. These pipes are a separate part of the system extension.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
