Akrapovič Ferrari 488 GTB/488 Spider Link Pipe w/o Cat
Akrapovič Link Pipe Steel Connecting Pipes without Catalytic Converters for Ferrari 488 GTB / 488 Spider
Construction and materials
The stainless steel connecting tubes have straight routing, an enlarged diameter and do not contain catalytic converters. This geometry was developed to reduce back pressure as much as possible and increase the potential for further tuning of the engine. The kit was developed together with the titanium Slip-On Line MTP-FE488H.
Sound characteristics
The combination with the Slip-On system gives the Ferrari 488 engine a more direct, sporty tone. The character of the sound is close to the naturally aspirated V8 known from the 458 Italia, despite the use of a turbocharged engine. The description applies to the entire kit with tubes without catalytic converters.
