Akrapovič Mercedes E63/S AMG Sedan/Estate (W213/S213) Evolution Line Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Line sports exhaust system dedicated to Mercedes E63/S AMG Sedan/Estate (W213/S213) without GPF/OPF filter
Design and materials
The Evolution is made of special, very lightweight titanium alloys. The system includes an active X-pipe and an additional pair of valves behind the rear silencers. These components, together with the castings produced at the Akrapovič plant, allow you to control the flow and tone of the exhaust.
The carbon tips are handcrafted and available in matte or gloss finishes. Their form is divided by a visually cast titanium element. The entire kit reduces weight by more than 45% compared to the stock configuration.
Sound characteristics
The layout retains the recognizable AMG livery, but gives it a more guttural and saturated character. The change is legible both from the outside and for those traveling in the cabin.
Active X-pipe and additional dampers behind the dampers allow you to shape your sound more precisely. The design combines a richer tone with streamlined flow and reduced back pressure.
Setup and Fit
The complete system requires MTP-ME/T/5H and E-ME/T/5 parts, as well as a separately ordered tip kit. This version replaces the AMG Performance Exhaust and is not suitable for cars with an OPF/GPF filter.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
