Akrapovič Mercedes G 500 (W463) Evolution Line Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Line sports exhaust system dedicated to Mercedes G 500 (W463) without GPF/OPF filter
Design and materials
The Evolution Line is made of durable, lightweight titanium. The tubes are routed with limited space under the body, and specially designed tips discharge exhaust gas on both sides of the car.
Behind the rear mufflers is a pair of valves that allow you to control the nature of the exhaust. The design combines weight reduction with the retention of the side outlets typical of this G-Class configuration.
Sound characteristics
The sound has been developed to give the car a sporty feel. Valves behind the mufflers regulate the tone of the system and its response to engine conditions.
The optional Sound Kit expands the control of various sound settings. It allows the driver to have more control over the nature of the exhaust.
Fitment
Mounting on the G500 requires the P-HF1129 kit. Optional downpipes offered for other versions do not fit the G500. The system is not designed for cars with an OPF/GPF filter.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
