Akrapovič Porsche 718 Boxster/Cayman GT4/GTS Slip-On Race Line Titanium
Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line sports exhaust system dedicated to Porsche 718 Boxster/Cayman GT4/GTS with GPF/OPF filter
Design and materials
The Slip-On Race Line is made of lightweight, high-grade titanium, using components made in the Akrapovič foundry. Three silencers – one central and two side – create a special configuration to suit the limited space in the car.
The round titanium tips are sandblasted and coated. They are available in natural titanium or black; the inner surface has decorative embossing, and an engraved logo completes the finish.
Sound characteristics
At low rpm, the low tone dominates, which transitions into rich, harmonious high frequencies in the upper part of the range. The sound remains crisp even after the throttle is removed.
Tuning eliminates humming in the cabin. The optional Sound Kit allows you to adjust the valves and select your preferred layout character, while the titanium Link Pipes allow for further expansion.
Tips & Fit
The required tip set must be ordered separately: TP-T/S/27 in natural titanium or TP-T/S/28 black. The mounting brackets have been changed in the 718 GT4/Spyder produced from around February 2020 onwards, so the appropriate system variant should be verified.
An optional carbon diffuser, matte or glossy, emphasizes the shape of the Akrapovič tips.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
