Akrapovič Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Slip-On Race Line Titanium
Akrapovič Slip-On Race Titanium Exhaust for Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS
Design and materials
The system is made of high-grade titanium with a sandblasted finish. The two dampers work in cast-iron housings at the Akrapovič plant. Their task is to shape the flow and character of sound in different driving conditions.
The tips are larger in diameter than the stock ones. A coated outer cover surrounds the cast, uncoated inner part, which takes on a blue tint when exposed to temperature. Each tip is decorated with a laser-engraved logo.
Sound characteristics
At low speed, the sound is smooth and full. As the rpm increases, it becomes distinctly sporty. Two valves allow you to achieve a change in the character of the sound between a calmer ride and intensive use of the engine.
System upgrades
The Slip-On Race can be expanded with a titanium Link Pipe Set and an Evolution Header Set to create a full titanium layout. A visual complement is a handcrafted carbon diffuser, available in matte or high-gloss finishes.
Technical specifications
In measurement, the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS achieved an increase of 5.6 kW at 4950 rpm and 19.3 Nm at 2250 rpm. The weight reduction compared to the standard system is 7.6 kg.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
