Akrapovič Porsche 911 GT3 (992.2) Evolution + Header Titanium
Titanium exhaust system with manifolds and catalytic converters for Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 Touring (992.2), year 2025+
The kit combines the Slip-On Race Line section with the Evolution Header Set manifolds.
Design and materials
High-grade titanium components are sandblasted and protected with a coating for added durability. The two tips have a coated outer cover, and their inner part contains six embossings referencing a six-cylinder engine; the whole is completed by an engraved logo. The valve housings and manifolds inside the muffler are cast at the Akrapovič plant. The Evolution Header Set uses special cross-shaped titanium tube connections, designed for optimal flow and cooperation with the Slip-On in the mid-rpm range.
Sound characteristics
Valves and flow geometry provide a smooth, full-bodied tone when riding calmly and a sportier sound at high revs. The Evolution Header Set manifolds work with catalytic converters and properly tuned quarter-wave resonators. Their job is to reduce distortion and unwanted frequencies to achieve a clear, distinctive sound for the entire set.
Parameters according to manufacturer's measurements
- Power increase: +23,6 kW / +32,1 PS at 4650 rpm.
- Torque increase: +48,3 Nm at 4650 rpm – according to the manufacturer's technical data table.
- Measurements refer to the connection S-PO/TI/23 + E-PO/T/9, compared on the Akrapovič dyno with a Porsche 911 GT3 (992.2) with a stock exhaust.
- Lightweight titanium construction reduces weight compared to standard components.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
