Akrapovič Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.2) / 911 Speedster Header Titanium
Akrapovič Titanium Exhaust Manifolds for Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.2) / 911 Speedster
Design and materials
Handcrafted titanium manifolds include 100 cpsi sports catalytic converters and side silencers. Flow control dampers allow you to change the acoustic characteristics of the kit. The Evolution Header Set expands the corresponding Slip-On to a full exhaust system.
Lighter design reduces weight in the area behind the engine and rear axle. The manifolds are designed to improve the performance of the entire set, especially in the higher rpm range.
Sound characteristics
Open valves bring out a more punchy, sporty tone. Closing them limits sound levels, allowing the kit to work with calmer acoustic characteristics.
System Configuration
The manifolds are designed to be assembled together with the Slip-On Line S-PO/TI/15 or Slip-On Race Line S-PO/TI/8. An original Porsche 99111147391 bracket is also required in the configuration.
Technical specifications
In the measurement of the configuration of the Akrapovič exhaust manifolds, an increase of 10.0 kW at 6550 rpm and 28.9 Nm at 2100 rpm was given. The results refer to the tested set, not to the collectors themselves.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
