Akrapovič Porsche Cayenne 4.0 GTS / Turbo / Turbo S E-Hybrid E3 Evolution Line Titanium
Akrapovič Evolution Line sports exhaust system dedicated to the Porsche Cayenne 4.0 GTS / Turbo / Turbo S E-Hybrid E3
Design and materials
The Evolution is made entirely of lightweight titanium. The central silencer leads to two pairs of round tips, and the valve housings are cast at the Akrapovič plant. In the pipe section, there is a suitably shaped X-pipe.
The X-section mixes the exhaust gas from both sides of the engine and affects the acoustic character of the entire system. The finish is handcrafted TP-CT/53 carbon tips or an alternative titanium variant TP-T/S/23, sandblasted and coated for added durability.
Sound characteristics
From the moment the engine is started, the system produces a deep, powerful rumble of the supercharged V8. The timbre clearly emphasizes the character of the unit and the response to load.
As the RPM increases, the X-pipe develops high harmonics, maintaining legibility and interior comfort. The optional Sound Kit expands the possibilities of sound control.
Setup and Fit
TP-CT/53 or TP-T/S/23 tips are required and ordered separately. The system does not fit the Cayenne GTS Coupé with the lightweight package and sports exhaust system provided for this package.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.
An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.
Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.
History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.
The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
