Akrapovič Slip-On Titanium Exhaust for Toyota GR Supra A90 3.0

Design and materials

The Slip-On is made entirely of high-grade titanium. A single silencer works with a throttle, the housing of which was cast in Akrapovič's own foundry. The system also uses lightweight materials in the characteristic titanium tips.

The exterior of the tips is coated for durability. The inner surface has a blue-purple color obtained by titanium annealing and decorative embossing. The shape of the ends is matched to the line of the rear of the Supra.

Sound characteristics

Comfort mode provides a calmer sound without insistent humming. During dynamic driving, the exhaust emits a lively, deep roar from the in-line six-cylinder engine.

The intensity of the sound increases with the revs. Varied operating modes allow you to combine everyday comfort with a distinctly sporty character with more powerful use of the engine.

Fit and Expand

The system is designed for the B58B30C motor. The optional Evolution Link Pipe Set in stainless steel provides an additional extension section for the titanium Slip-On.

Akrapovič creates performance exhaust systems that combine lightweight construction with carefully developed sound. Depending on the application, the brand uses titanium, stainless steel and carbon-fibre components.

An in-house titanium foundry and materials laboratory support control over key stages of exhaust production. Akrapovic is an option for sports car owners who value component weight, craftsmanship and distinctive tailpipe detailing.

Akrapovič quality control includes alloy composition, mechanical properties and weld analysis. Prototype measurements use optical scanning and coordinate measuring equipment. Sound development combines road testing, dynamometer work, flow measurements and acoustic simulations.

History and development. Akrapovič was founded in 1991, with its development rooted in motorcycle racing. Milestones included entering MotoGP in 2002, opening its own titanium foundry in 2009 and adding a second factory in 2014.

The business today. The company now manufactures motorcycle and performance-car exhausts in Slovenia for aftermarket customers and OEM partners. Racing-team support remains part of its operations. Its laboratories, foundry and manufacturing facilities enable materials research and acoustic development to take place within the business rather than relying solely on external suppliers.
