Bull-X Audi RS3 8V EGO-X Cat-back

HG-Motorsport develops performance exhausts under the Bull-X brand and the valved EGO-X series. Systems are hand-welded using WIG/TIG and MAG processes, with attention to exhaust flow.

Compatible Bull-X Tronic solutions control the valves through driving modes or a dedicated button. HG-Motorsport also offers individual components and custom builds, supporting exhaust configurations tailored to a particular tuning project.

HG-Motorsport separates complete systems from downpipes, sports catalysts and universal components in its catalogue. Custom exhaust builders can also source flexible joints, mounting hardware and lambda-sensor accessories. Where a standard kit is unsuitable, the manufacturer offers bespoke fabrication carried out directly on the vehicle.

History and development. HG-Motorsport began in a small garage in 1996. It developed from a tuning workshop into a business designing and supplying both series-produced and bespoke components, while building its own testing and installation facilities.

The business today. The company now combines parts production with workshop services and software calibration on its MAHA MSR500 dynamometer. Its portfolio covers exhausts, intakes, intercoolers and charge-air piping, with international sales. In-house development and installation support remain important complements to the Bull-X and EGO-X product ranges.
