Competition Package Wagner Tuning BMW M3 F80 / M4 F82/F83 Competition

Pakiet Competition do BMW M3 F80 / M4 F82/F83 Competition
3.0 litrowy silnik turbo S55B30 BMW M2 Competition / Modele M3/M4 są wyposażone w pośredni obwód chłodzenia powietrza doładowującego. Proces chłodzenia powietrza doładowującego jest zatem realizowany przez chłodnicę powietrza doładowującego chłodzoną wodą, którą zastępuje wysokowydajna chłodnica powietrza doładowującego WagnerTuning.
Wysokowydajny intercooler WAGNERTUNING posiada nowy rodzaj siatki competition (płetwy rurowe) o wymiarach 287 mm x 185 mm x 115 mm. Został on specjalnie opracowany dla wysokich wymagań silnika S55 i oferuje o 114% większą objętość sieci zewnętrznej w porównaniu z oryginalnym intercoolerem.
- większa moc i moment obrotowy silnika
- mechaniczne odciążenie turbosprężarki
- 100% odporność na ciśnienie
- 100% plug and play
Produkt dedykowany do:

Wagner Tuning specialises in intercoolers and charge-air cooling components. Its range covers vehicle-specific solutions as well as universal intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions.
A distinctive design feature is the use of CAD-developed cast-aluminium end tanks, shaped to distribute air evenly through the core. Wagner Tuning intercoolers are engineered with a focus on heat dissipation and low pressure drop, making them an option when planning a cooling upgrade for a forced-induction engine.
Selected Wagner Tuning Competition kits use tube-and-fin cores with internal turbulators to assist heat transfer. End-tank airflow is analysed using CFD, and the units receive an anti-corrosion coating. The Audi 3.0 TFSI kit illustrates this combination of technologies in a design intended to replace the factory intercooler.
History and development. Wagner Tuning has developed and manufactured road-car and motorsport components since 2002. Its German base in Dessau-Roßlau was complemented by a Texas facility in 2020, expanding its ability to serve the American market.
The business today. The company now combines German engineering with manufacturing activities in Germany and the USA. Charge pipes, intake manifolds and exhaust components complement its intercooler range. Development uses CAD and vehicle-specific configurations, while an international partner network supports sales.
