CSF offers engine coolant radiators, intercoolers and oil coolers for automotive cooling upgrades. One of the brand’s distinguishing features is B-Tube technology, which uses aluminium tubes with a B-shaped cross-section instead of a conventional oval.

This geometry increases the heat-transfer surface area and allows thinner material to be used while maintaining structural strength. The CSF range includes both drop-in-fit solutions and universal cooling components for custom performance builds.

CSF quality procedures include leak checks, thermal and vibration cycling, and salt-spray testing. Core cooling performance is also assessed in a wind tunnel.
