CSF PORSCHE 911 992 CARRERA 3.0T / S / 4 / 4S / GTS Intercooler

Zestaw intercooler marki CSF dedykowany do PORSCHE 911 992 CARRERA 3.0T / S / 4 / 4S / GTS.
CSF offers engine coolant radiators, intercoolers and oil coolers for automotive cooling upgrades. One of the brand’s distinguishing features is B-Tube technology, which uses aluminium tubes with a B-shaped cross-section instead of a conventional oval.
This geometry increases the heat-transfer surface area and allows thinner material to be used while maintaining structural strength. The CSF range includes both drop-in-fit solutions and universal cooling components for custom performance builds.
CSF quality procedures include leak checks, thermal and vibration cycling, and salt-spray testing. Core cooling performance is also assessed in a wind tunnel. The manufacturer additionally lists a 30-point inspection of critical dimensions to maintain compatibility with original mounting locations.
History and development. CSF’s family roots go back to 1947, when a small parts shop developed into radiator repair and subsequently manufacturing. The CSF brand was formally established in 1975. The fourth generation joined in 2009 as the business continued expanding into specialised applications.
The business today. CSF remains a family business and operates three privately owned manufacturing facilities. Alongside replacement parts, its Racing & High Performance Division serves performance cars and racing teams. Industrial, commercial-vehicle and marine applications also form part of a wider heat-exchange business beyond tuning products.
