iPE Innotech develops performance exhaust systems with Valvetronic silencers, using valves to alter exhaust flow and sound character. Depending on the system, the brand uses T304 stainless steel or titanium.

Compatible kits can be operated through a remote module or OBD controller, while selected applications support factory controls. An iPE exhaust provides a quieter character with the valves closed and a more pronounced soundtrack when they open.

In AUTO mode, a compatible iPE controller responds to accelerator-position signals to adjust the valves. The optional OBD Gesture Sensor controller can be configured through an Android or iOS app. The range also includes exhaust manifolds and pipes with 200-cpsi sports catalysts, allowing different sections to be selected for the intended build.

History and development. iPE’s history includes Gary Chien’s business founded as Jim Header Industrial Company in 1998. Jim Technologies followed in 2002, and the standalone iPE brand was created in 2010. The origins of its manufacturing operation should therefore be distinguished from the launch of the current brand.

The business today. In June 2026, the company announced iPE 2.0, focusing on product innovation and stronger dealer support. Developments include heat shielding, ceramic coatings, DCXP technology and 3D-printed exhaust tips. Forged magnesium wheels also form part of its portfolio alongside exhaust systems.
