Kolektor intake Eventuri Carbon for BMW M3 E9x
Kolektor intake Eventuri Carbon for BMW M3 E9x
The Eventuri carbon plenum brings out the naturally aspirated S65 V8's induction sound. Factory internal volume and trumpet lengths are retained to preserve power-delivery characteristics.
Design and function
- Part number: EVE-E9X-CF-PLM
- Carbon base and lid.
- Eight carbon intake trumpets.
- Eight CNC-machined aluminium flanges.
- Dedicated temperature-sensor and breather fittings.
Fitment and installation
Works with the factory airbox or an aftermarket intake. Eventuri does not claim a power gain from the plenum alone. M and V8 badges are not included.
How does an Eventuri intake work?
The following principle describes complete Eventuri intakes with a Venturi housing. This product is a separately supplied component whose function is described above.
In Eventuri intakes with a patented Venturi housing, an inverted cone element filters the air while the housing guides it smoothly into the intake tube. Its gradual taper accelerates airflow and helps reduce losses caused by the abrupt transition between filter and tube in simple cone-filter setups.
Purpose-designed ducts supplying outside air also help limit the intake of hot engine-bay air. Controlling airflow and temperature can improve throttle response and make performance more consistent than an exposed cone filter without an effective cold-air supply.

Eventuri designs intake systems around a patented filter housing that uses the Venturi effect. An inverted cone filter and carefully shaped housing guide air towards the inlet pipe without an abrupt change in geometry.
Carbon-fibre components combine their airflow function with a distinctive engine-bay appearance. Each Eventuri intake is developed for a specific application, with emphasis on airflow, prototyping and validation through testing.
Eventuri treats the supply of cool air as part of a complete intake solution rather than an addition to the filter alone. Heat shielding and inlet ducting are designed to limit the ingestion of hot engine-bay air. Vehicle-specific kits therefore address both housing geometry and the conditions under which air reaches the filter.
History and development. Eventuri has operated since 2014, founded by a team combining aeronautical engineering and tuning experience. Element 1 Engineering, trading under the brand, received the Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2019 and 2022, documenting the development of its export business.
The business today. The company now focuses on vehicle-specific intakes, complemented by carbon-fibre styling products and strut braces. Development uses airflow analysis, prototyping and testing, with sales supported by an international dealer network. Intake engineering, rather than exhaust manufacturing, remains the core of the business.
