Power Division is a Polish development and tuning team based in Katowice, offering components for high-performance builds. One area of specialisation is the 4.0 TFSI EA825 platform used in selected Volkswagen Group vehicles.
Its range includes PD1200 ball-bearing turbocharger sets with high-flow exhaust manifolds. Power Division products are best considered as part of a coordinated engine build with appropriately matched supporting hardware and calibration.
PD1200 turbochargers use larger billet compressor wheels and revised turbine-side geometry. The kit includes cast stainless steel exhaust manifolds developed to complement the turbochargers. Hot-side heat shielding and the use of original mounting points are further features of a package intended for advanced Stage 3 and Stage 4 builds.
History and development. Power Division gives 2020 as its founding year in its company profile. The brand developed in Katowice by combining mechanical-component engineering with IT and control-unit software, distinguishing its activities from a workshop focused solely on fitting purchased parts.
The business today. The business now designs and manufactures performance components, develops ECU solutions and supplies specialist software tools. It supports customers and international partners through development and testing capabilities. Its 4.0 TFSI products sit within a wider combination of tuning hardware and software activities.
