Remus is an Austrian exhaust brand with origins dating back to 1990. Its exhaust systems are engineered and still largely manufactured in Austria.
The group develops components for premium and sports cars, supporting projects from prototype development through to series production. Remus exhausts offer drivers a way to add a sportier character using products engineered for specific vehicle applications.
Remus supplies both the tuning aftermarket and vehicle manufacturers as an OEM partner. Its work covers individual components as well as complete systems for cars and motorcycles. In-house engineering, testing and manufacturing capabilities support development from the initial concept to series production.
History and development. Remus was founded in Austria in 1990 and acquired Sebring in 1997. Subsequent milestones included overseas manufacturing, the integration of WE-FORM and the acquisition of GLM Group in 2024, expanding the exhaust specialist into a broader industrial group.
The business today. Today, REMUS Group combines REMUS, WE-FORM and GLM, serving vehicle manufacturers and the tuning aftermarket. Alongside car and motorcycle exhausts, its activities include metal forming, tubular components and structural parts. Austria remains an important engineering and manufacturing base, complemented by international production facilities.
