Intake system Wagner Tuning Mercedes AMG GT/GT S/GT C/GT R C190

Układ dolotowy Mercedes AMG GT/GT S/GT C/GT R C190 Wagner Tuning
Poprawia to reakcję silnika i prowadzi do bezpośredniego wzrostu wydajności.
Ponadto nowy układ wlotu powietrza WagnerTuning poprawia komorę silnika dzięki swojemu wyglądowi i wysokiej jakości wykonania.

Wagner Tuning specialises in intercoolers and charge-air cooling components. Its range covers vehicle-specific solutions as well as universal intercoolers in Performance and Competition versions.
A distinctive design feature is the use of CAD-developed cast-aluminium end tanks, shaped to distribute air evenly through the core. Wagner Tuning intercoolers are engineered with a focus on heat dissipation and low pressure drop, making them an option when planning a cooling upgrade for a forced-induction engine.
Selected Wagner Tuning Competition kits use tube-and-fin cores with internal turbulators to assist heat transfer. End-tank airflow is analysed using CFD, and the units receive an anti-corrosion coating. The Audi 3.0 TFSI kit illustrates this combination of technologies in a design intended to replace the factory intercooler.
History and development. Wagner Tuning has developed and manufactured road-car and motorsport components since 2002. Its German base in Dessau-Roßlau was complemented by a Texas facility in 2020, expanding its ability to serve the American market.
The business today. The company now combines German engineering with manufacturing activities in Germany and the USA. Charge pipes, intake manifolds and exhaust components complement its intercooler range. Development uses CAD and vehicle-specific configurations, while an international partner network supports sales.
